Nuffield boast a generous gym floor that is home to all forms of traditional equipment; from free weights to cardio machines and functional training to resistance machines. Nuffield is also home to varied and exciting classes as well as a swimming pool and spa facilities.
The club is situated in the centre of Leeds inside The Light Headrow. This central location allows the gym to be on everyone’s route home whether you work in the city centre, study nearby or even live in Leeds – it is only ever a bus journey away at most.
Lockers are operated by a padlock (not provided). They can be purchased by reception if required.
Parking is available within the Light Shopping Centre (charges apply).
